Terms and Conditions

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Service

I provide home organizing and decluttering services—either in-person or virtually—designed to support clarity and alignment in your space. This is a collaborative process. You make all final decisions about what stays or goes.

2. Health, Safety & Accessibility

For in-person sessions, your space must be safe, accessible, and free from hazardous conditions (e.g. pests, mold, unsafe structures). If there’s anything I should know before our session (virtual or in-person), please let me know in advance. I reserve the right to pause or reschedule if conditions aren’t safe or workable.

3. Confidentiality

Your space and story are private. I will never share photos, insights, or details without your written permission. If you give permission to share any materials, they may be used for testimonials or promotional purposes.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are final and non-refundable.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Late or missed payments may delay future sessions.

6. Photos & Progress Tracking

I may take “before and after” photos (for in-person OR virtual sessions) to help track your progress. These are for your personal use unless you grant explicit written permission for public sharing.

7. Results Disclaimer

Decluttering can be emotional. I’m here to guide the process, but results depend on your level of engagement. This service is not therapy, counseling, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

By booking, you agree to release me from liability for any emotional discomfort or approved removal of belongings. You accept all risks related to physical or emotional responses to decluttering, whether sessions are in-person or virtual.

9. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless a session is cancelled by me.

10. Legal Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm you understand and agree to these terms and are entering into this agreement voluntarily.
