What should I do to prepare?
You don’t need to prep your home—just yourself. Clear your calendar, let friends and family know you’ll be busy, wear comfortable “play” clothes, be ready to get down on your hands and knees or up on tip-toes – you are stretching into a new way of being in the world!Will we be cleaning?
You bet. We’ll be moving things around, taking things off shelves and we will encounter everything from dust to discarded candy wrappers. Please have your preferred cleaning supplies on hand for wiping surfaces, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.What do I need to do during the session?
Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. This is a hands-on, spatial storytelling experience. We’ll work side by side as we go through every object in your home. You will make choices to keep and let go, while I guide and support you. This trains your muscle so when I’m no longer by your side, you have the muscle memory to declutter, organize, and keep your house and your life humming.What do you bring?
Not a lot! I bring post-its, pens, labels, sharpies, and simple tools to help us sort and organize.How long is a typical session?
Sessions typically run four hours. Having worked with many clients, it’s usually at about the four-hour mark that we tend to get tired. It strikes a good balance between progress and honoring your energy.Is there homework?
Definitely, but only if you’re up for it. Small tasks like calling donation centers, creating labels, or finishing sorting help keep up the momentum between our sessions together. -
Can we work on just one room?
Yes—if it’s a standalone space like a home office or art studio. I don’t recommend just a bedroom because your home is ecosystem of sorts – so changing one part doesn’t really solve any underlying problem and it would be a waste of your time and money.How long will the whole process take?
Typically 8 weeks, with 3 sessions per week, 4 hours each (12–16 hours/week). Rest days are built in. They’re as important as the work.What if I’m embarrassed by my home?
Homes carry life stories. Clutter and dust just reveal what you’ve been through, and I help you own and honor your story. Embarrassment is going in the dust bin.What if I’ve already tried organizing and it didn’t work?
Intuitive organizing taps into your unique way of organizing yourself and your home. We are making a space that fits how you live, not one that looks good. And because you are doing the work, you are learning how to take care of yourself and your home. It’s like riding a bike – you can’t unlearn it.How is this different from therapy or coaching?
This is a hands-on, tangible transformation you will see and feel every day, not just talk about. Professional therapists and doctorsWhat if I’m afraid to let go of things? It can feel scary at first, that’s why we take our time. It’s just you and me. We are in it together. You’ll know it’s the right decision when it gives you energy. Everything you let go of creates space for everything you need.
What do you mean by ‘energy alignment’?
Your home holds energy—past grief, joy, transitions. Energy alignment means we will shift objects, use color theory and feng shui principles, and find symbolism.I’m not sure I’m ready. Can we just talk first?

Yes, but only with your written permission. They will be used on my social media channels.What if something in my house needs to be repaired? Sometimes practical fixes are in order. A wobbly shelf, a drywall patch job, a squeaky door, a new ceiling fan. If you have need of a handyman, I’ve got a guy.
