Do I need to prepare?
Nope. Just clear your calendar, wear something comfy, and be ready to roll up your sleeves.Will we be cleaning?
Some light clearing — yes. We’ll move objects, uncover dust, and reset surfaces. Just have your usual supplies nearby.What’s my role in a session?
You’re in the driver’s seat.
We work side-by-side, item by item. I guide. You decide.How long is a session?
Four hours. Long enough to create real movement, short enough to protect your energy. -
What happens to unwanted items?
Whenever possible, I partner with local nonprofits — so your belongings don’t just get dumped, they move on with purpose. Knowing their next story makes letting go easier. -
Where do you work?
In person across San Diego County.
Virtual sessions are available everywhere else.When can we start?
Once we’ve had a free consult and completed your Energy Reset session, we’ll schedule the rest and begin.How long does a full-home transformation take?
About 8-12 weeks: 3 sessions/week, 4 hours/session.
Rest days are built in — they’re part of the process, not a pause.What if I need to reschedule?
Just give me 48 hours’ notice.
Less than that, and the session may be charged.How do I pay?
Credit card, invoiced through QuickBooks.Do I need to pay when I book?
Nope. You’ll pay at the time of service — by card, after your session.Will you take photos or video?
Only if you give written permission — and only if you’re 100% comfortable with how they’ll be used.
